Special Regulations for Patent and Trademarks Applicants in Japan

On Monday the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) published an official notice outlining special accommodations available to patent and trademark applicants and owners affected by the catastrophic events that took place in Japan on March 11, 2011. Detailed information is also given by the Japanese Patent Office (JPO) the European Patent Office (EPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
